I am always looking to lose a pound, or fifty. In college, with stress and lots of work always on the table, it's not always easy to find time for the gym, let alone eat all the right things. Physical health is so important and is a contributing factor to one's mental health. So get on board and follow me on my journey to a healthy lifestyle in a busy, modern world.
